Shipping policy
Shipment processing
Most orders for in-stock items are generally processed within seven business days. Orders containing pre-ordered or out-of-stock items will not be processed until all items become available. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Heavier/thicker books, graded slabs and items shipped in top loaders will affect the number that can fit in a parcel, and therefore a higher shipping rate may apply.
Shipping is provided by Canada Post/Purolator. Customers in locations to which Canada Post/Purolator will not ship may not be able to complete a checkout.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
If your shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a processing confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). If you don't receive one in what you feel is a reasonable amount of time, please don't hesitate to contact us at ragincanadiancomics@gmail.com.
Refunds will not be provided for lost orders by the shipping carrier(s).
Change of Address
Ragin Canadian Comics Inc. must be informed of any change of address at ragincanadiancomics@gmail.com prior to the customer's receipt of a processing notification. Ragin Canadian Comics Inc. is not responsible for parcels shipped to outdated addresses. Items in returned parcels will not be refunded, and parcels may be subject to additional shipping fees if they are to be sent to a new address.

Refunds will not be provided for lost orders due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Missing Mail and Lost Packages
Ragin Canadian Comics Inc. is not responsible for missing or lost packages. In the rare case that a packing is missing, please contact us at ragincanadiancomics@gmail.com. We will open a claim with the carrier, which will contact both the customer and the customer, and the situation is usually resolved in three or four weeks.
Damaged or missing parcels will not be replaced.
Customs, Duties, Taxes and Fees
Ragin Canadian Comics Inc. is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes or other fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. All extra paperwork or proof of purchase required by customs must be supplied by the customer.
Tariffs or fees for shipping to the United States are payable by the receiver. Any items returned must have shipping repaid in addition to any fees from carriers for returns.
Shipping Damage
Ragin Canadian Comics Inc. takes great care in packaging your purchase to that it will arrive at your home in the same condition as is it was when it was prepared for shipping. Ragin Canadian Comics Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
Customers who receive damaged products must inform Ragin Canadian Comics Inc. by email within 48 hours of receiving the products, and include photos of the damaged product and packaging. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting Ragin Canadian Comics Inc.
Customers wishing to return items with shipping damage may do so under after meeting the same conditions as the "Printing Damage" section of our Refund Policy.
