REFUND POLICY
Change of Mind
Ragin Canadian Comics Inc. does not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, whether on pre-orders or in-stock items. By placing an order for in-stock or pre-order items, the buyer is committing to purchase all the items selected, regardless of the date received. On-sale dates are approximate and are not guaranteed.
The customer is responsible to read the full description of the items purchased and to make inquiries prior to completing checkout. Final cover images may vary from the promotional image, and descriptions may vary from those issued by the publisher. Ragin Canadian Comics Inc. will not accept returns for errors made in this area.
Discount Codes
All discount and coupon codes must be entered by the buyer prior to placing an order. Codes cannot be added after purchase, and orders will not be refunded if a code was not entered prior to purchase.
Printing Damage/Defects
We screen new release comics for damage/defects upon receipt from the distributor/publisher, and ship comics in a condition that will grade at 9.2 or higher (unless indicated in a specific listing). We do not accept returns on product purchased unless the product contains printing damage that will result in a lower grade. If a buyer wishes to return a product, they must first contact Ragin Canadian Comics Inc. at ragincanadiancomics@gmail.com and provide photos showing the area of concern, as well as photos of the packaging.
Ragin Canadian Comics Inc. does not accept returns for items with minor imperfections such as small dents, creasing or shelf wear that will still grade 9.2 or higher. Certain publishers now print many covers on low quality paper, which usually reach us with minor imperfections.
In order to be eligible for a refund, the buyer must return the product at their expense within seven calendar days of receipt. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it arrived, and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and ensure it is still in good condition. If it is, the cost (not including shipping) will be refunded. If the product is damaged in any way, or if the return process has been initiated after the maximum time has passed, the item will not be eligible for a refund.
All comic listings utilize "stock" photo listings and any imperfections will be noted should there be any.

Graded Comics
With the exception of a "guaranteed 9.8" comic order, all new (weekly) comics sold by Ragin Canadian Comics Inc. are guaranteed to be 9.2 or higher, unless an exception is indicated in a specific listing. We cannot, however, guarantee perfect encapsulation from grading companies. Slabs may include minor imperfections, such as light scratches, small plastic chips, or Newton rings. The comic inside remains graded at the level certified by the grader, and Ragin Canadian Comics Inc. will not refund or replace those slabs.

Cancelling Orders Policy
We reserve the right to cancel (and refund) any orders for any reasons which might involve: improper inventory, billing/shipping errors, extreme price change scenarios, or general malicious orders. If we discover inventory discrepancies, we may cancel that said item or cancel an order as a whole if we are unable to fulfill it. In this case, we'll notify you by email that we are unable to ship a specific item you have ordered so that we may lay out your options.
